I would give them a zero if I could. I had ankle surgery and am immobile, and dependent upon others to help me. I’m in terrible pain and the doctor sent a prescription over to this Walgreens for pain relief. I called them at 5 PM to pay for the script over the phone and told them that someone would be picking it up for me later. Their hours were supposed to be until 7 PM. Terrible service. Had to call 3x for an Rx refill. Pharmacist behaved liked I was putting her out by asking to check on my Rx (which she said was not there, but found it after I asked her to look again.) I asked when it would be ready or how I would be notified (since the system changed after they bought Rite Aid), then bizzarely accused me of "attacking" her when I asked to speak to someone who could help answer my questions (she hadn't yet ID'd herself until just then as the pharmacist.)...
