I have had several very poor experiences at this clinic. I went in with extremely bad back pain- so bad I was taking very strong pain medicine to combat the pain for months. I was told it was a weight issue and to lose weight. It turned out to be an ovarian cyst the size of a grapefruit, and I needed emergency surgery. (Overlooked by Hudson Headwaters.) Today I went in to see the Podiatrist- told her my issues and she was in such a hurry to tell me I needed better shoes- orthotic shoes, that she didn’t even hear me say three times that I have been wearing orthotic $150 shoes for 7-8 years already. Her notes after even say- buy orthotics shoes. OMG- she heard nothing I said in my visit. The staff need to listen to their patients and not be so quick to make the quick (easy) diagnosis. Seeing someone else- won’t see that Podiatrist again, and still angry about the ovarian cyst issue where they just said I needed to lose weight. Update: I ended up going to an Orthopedic surgeon for my foot issue. I needed tendon surgery. The Podiatrist was a waste of my co-pay. I had another bad experience lately. I went in for some painful stomach attacks I was having. The PA thought it was kidney stones and prescribed me medication, then ran the test. Two days later she calls me and says, stop taking the medication, you do not have kidney stones per the test results. She said, follow up with your provider in a few weeks. I’m like… Ugh I’m still having the painful attacks!!?? My Gastroenterologist diagnosed me as having a stomach ulcer, and gave me meds. I have completely lost faith in this clinic. The staff here is educationally amazing, the bedside manner if any providers I have seen here has been the utmost praisable out of my 51 yrs of experience from Syracuse to Rochester and all points in-between. If you are flustered about wait times may I suggest that perhaps a first morning appointment or first afternoon appointment may serve your purposes better in the future as afternoon appointments may take longer than you have to schedule..however also in the future when writing a review please keep in mind that you are not the only person in the universe if you want the same time in being treated as the person before think with your mind maybe some one's mom just died n a little extra ear is needed say half hour instead of fifteen minutes..maybe it's a child who has a chronic illness n needs a shot but just can't get through one more with out a little kindness..I have sat n waited in offices more than I care to think in hours but I look around n I am kind I may only need ten minutes today but an hour next week...the staff here really is great at...

After a bad review, I do have to say this office has listened and has made amazing changes, other than one doctor who put something in my chart that was kinda offensive. I didn’t comment on him being overweight but he commented on me being underweight, yes, I’m getting tests done, thanks to Nicole baker and her nurses dealing with my anxiety, messaging all the time etc…. Consistently testing to see what is going on and why I’m having issues. I fell one time and got in with a great doctor who only works there here and there and got an X-ray, they have so many things in their office that it basically could be an ER, service has been much better since before and I appreciate them putting in effort after a bad review. It would be 5 stars but I don’t like that one doctor but now I know in the future if it’s ever a sick visit to just say no to him and wait it out. Thank you for putting the work in! You guys are...
