I have had nothing but a great experience with the actual internet service over the years, I just wish I could say the same thing about the billing and customer service side of things. Late last year I wanted to have a tech come out and tell me what I needed to run hardwire service to my workshop where my home office is located and it took 3 weeks and me calling them several times a week to get the ball rolling and at the end of all of that I ended up running the hardline myself because they never called me back with an estimate of service after the tech came out and surveyed what I wanted done. Such a shame that their customer service is lacking because their actual internet service and prices are far suprior to Spectrum. Also just ran into an issue where they attempted to draw my payment from a bank account that I no longer have and had removed from my account months ago and now I am on the hook for a returned payment fee. I will stay for now because of the price difference and the up and down speeds, but would like to see an improvement in customer service sooner...

For $50...download speed 13.5mbps, upload speed 0.38mbps...disappointing. Use spectrum or xfinity and pay cheaper, with like 40mbps download and 20mbps...
