Buffalo Bargains Bins Store — Local services in Town of Cheektowaga

This is a very unique store! Ive been there 5 times since they have opened and on all different days! There seems to be something to find all the time!! Brought my husband there this past weekend and he loved it and said he could spend hours there! I’m sure a treasure will be found for all in this store! The staff are very friendly! Extremely accommodating! I needed a wheelchair for my daughter and they had one! They took her scooter and put it behind the counter for me! They even offered an alternative option for her to get up to the bins if she didn’t want the wheelchair! The owner from what I was told got the wheelchair for her held it while she got in and ensured she was comfy! This was above and beyond anything I would have expected! He had family visiting at the store during this interaction and introduced me to his nieces! Very nice gentlemen! The other workers were very pleasant opening boxes and cashing out as well! First time I went this bin store the employees were friendly and I had a nice conversation with the cashier. The second time I went, there was a man following people around with a tape gun scolding people for opening boxes. I thought it was kind of aggressive for $1 day but I paid it no mind. It is one of the rules to not open boxes. Then my husband and I were looking through our cart to decide if we wanted everything in it and my husband was just holding a plastic bag and flattened it out to get a closer look when he received a tap on his shoulder from one of the guys filling the bins for the next day and the guy said sir don’t open the bags. It's like blind boxes for adults. Although, there are quite a few items that are labeled. If you go on the dollar or 50¢ days, you better gear up. People become animals, grabbing every box they can, throwing stuff they don't want, sometimes grabbing things out of people's hands, or carts. It's amazing how people lose control of their sensibilities when they can get something cheap. They lined up at the door, and rushed in like black Friday. Literally running to the tables. My wife and I couldn't stop laughing. They were nuts. The staff is awesome, and the joy of the hunt is alive and well. I've found some amazing things, and some VERY expensive things as well.
