As a follow up: went to the Center Road store placed an order for pick up on December 23 rd 9:00 am, store opening time. Got to the store the order was pulled from under the refrigerated meat keeper, the prosciutto was dry the next day due improper storage. The staff is mainly female and very curt and arrogant. They do not get customer service. Wondering if they are related to the owner? Reminds me of La Nova Pizzeria , an establishment that has quality product, a great rep and an attitude. In other words resting on their laurels. The Borden Road store was more accommodating and generally helpful. Unfortunately they do not have the extensive products that Center Road has. Omega Deli is a fantastic place to check out. They have a wonderful selection of freshly cut to order cold cuts and cheeses, as well as ready to go potato, macaroni and other salads. There's a wall of rolls to choose from and don't forget your condiments! Be sure to check out the frozen selection for pierogis, meatballs and tons of desserts just waiting to be warmed up. Oh yes...you won't be able to check out without getting past individual slices of pie, cake, cookies, brownies... you get the idea. There is so much amazing goodness packed into such a compact space that it would take me three more paragraphs to mention all the other food stuffs to be found within. Top notch! This is the place to go for all your deli needs! With a busy schedule like mine, it it's hard to get there. I love the quality of their products and their service! one night, around 7:30, I headed over there. Not sure if they were open. As I pulled up one of the employees was walking out. She told me that they closed at 6 pm. I asked her if she carried a certain product that I have been looking for. She said yes. I was getting back into my car when she said, what can I help you with. I told her. Her name was Laura. She was so kind and open the door for me. She let me get what I needed, cashed me out and did it with a smile! This place is total class! Great service!...
