The young kids working here are very difficult to get to do things that are customer friendly I have to coach them to give me napkins with my messy bagel or put a sleeve on my coffee that I ordered through the system extra ice in my tea when I say extra ice I shouldn't have to beg every time I come through the drive-thru to get things the right way I just came through here on Thursday August 29th at 3:30 p.m. order a bagel toasted with butter the Bengals barely toasted at all the butter will not even melt on it! Please coach up your young staff to do the right things and how to work properly. PLEASE! Additional comments because I can't respond to the owners comment........ The younger group is very slow to respond to you at the drive-thru I sat there for at least a minute before I asking if someone there? When the younger worker talks to me he's a male maybe more than one responds to me as " hey man" " thanks man" just hire me for a few hours to catch up the staff they will be great! Read moreWhen you go into Tim Hortons and spend $30, you should get exactly what you ordered. We have a large family. Came in on November 1, 2020 at 8am. We ordered a dozen donuts, 20 pack of timbets, 2 coffees and 5 bagels, 3 bagels with cream cheese and 2 with extra butter. The cream cheese bagels had little to no cream cheese, literally one corner with a hint of cream cheese on it and the two with butter had absolutely no butter, completely dry. I have pictures but theirs nowhere to post them on here. I would have went back but my kids were screaming crying about it so we had to add butter and cream cheese ourselves. It’s not like they were racing because they were busy. I went inside and their was only one customer behind us in line, their also was no one in the drive thru. Read moreI came in for a coffee before my morning shift with my father on the way to the airport and work and every staff you had was screaming and bullying and harassing Noelle to the point were my dad spoke up and told noelle to quit and punch them in the face. The reviews under mine have also pointed out that your staff is very rude, either get new staff or send cooperate in to manage and teach them what manners are and make them watch training videos on bullying and deduct pay if not followed. This place is disgusting from how they don’t clean to how they treat there co workers...
