Sugar Loaf Craft Village — Local services in Town of Chester

I thought my post went through. Been going to Sugarloaf & way further upstate for years. The prices are Manhattan +. Gone are the days when going upstate for a reasonably priced comfort food experience was a trip to look forward to. Whenever we see the word ARTISAN, we know the price will be ridiculously high. I have lived up here for years & I see how people are taken advantage of. It's sad. Someone once said the locals price their goods for the "citiots", well where are the lower prices for the "locals"?...

What a great small village. It's almost like stepping back in time. They usually hold some great festivals that I highly recommend looking out for. Lots of good food, good music & plenty to see and do and buy. Great...
