Wish I took more photos of the inside but I love the renovated train station interior, even the detail of keeping the original ticket booth, which is where you place your order now. There are also gorgeous views all around. Despite there being a big post-5K rush, our food and drinks were made in a timely manner and were all delicious! Highly recommend the poached pear french toast for an elevated classic! And the tosilog is good post-run savory fuel. :-) The Peruvian Cusco pourover was perfectly light and smooth. Not bitter, not sour!

Everything on the menu felt thoughtfully done and beautifully presented (though I’ll admit it looked so good I dove right in before getting a photo). Such a great addition to Sugar Loaf!

Valkyrie Brunch House brings everything I love about Valkyrie and takes it to a new level with delicious breakfast! Their menu is limited, but incredible, and absolutely worth a visit. It's a beautiful little spot with a bit of indoor and outdoor seating. The coffee is delicious, with interesting rotating specials they make in-house. The staff are so friendly and very efficient! They get pretty slammed, but move through the line swiftly, and I've never had to wait long. It's a magical addition...
