Your store is too far big to only have two motorized carts. There is no bench to sit while you wait for one to come back. (At least Walmart has a bench while you wait for one of their fleets). One was being used, the other sat with the power off plugged in. I explained to the managers congregating at the service desk that someone needs to plug it in and turn it on, otherwise it cannot charge. One of the female managers said, 'yeah, a lot of people are using them today,' which, makes you think, if you notice that, maybe be on top of it a bit more? I struggled to get through the store and do some grocery shopping. Nowhere to sit toward the middle and back of the store. When I got to checkout after damn near collapsing (I leaned on a normal grocery cart), wouldn't you know it, 20 minutes later, was NOT plugged in and NOT charging. I asked the check out girl to grab a manager. They were too busy chatting amongst themselves to come over. Waited five minutes. Finally told them on the way out no one ever came over to charge cart. I got a 'yes sir' with all the enthusiasm of a middle schooler talking with a substitute teacher. These kids had no respect, are lazy, and did not provide reasonable accommodations due their apathy and lack of concern. My big mistake was trusting that the item was being sold by Target and assuming they would not sell junk. The tv broke within months and Target will not replace it.
