I stayed in this hotel for a quick trip to Syracuse to see family on Labor Day Weekend. I will honestly say this is a nice, but overlooked place to stay for a night or two. There are no pools or the other things a big chain may or may not offer, but it did have a microwave and a mini fridge in the room. I was also given a code to sign into WiFi for my computer or smart phone access. The room was clean, bathroom was clean and the television worked..easy to get to from either Rte's 81 and 481 and close to plenty of places to eat close by..pizza hut, buffalo wild wings...bk...Tully's..grocery stores and walmart all close by as well...if your travelling though syracuse or needing a place to stay for a night before catching a flight out of syracuse, this is close to airport as well..i will be staying there agin, the family who owns the property are nice and will gladly give them my business again and recommend...

I didn’t get the opportunity to stay here this night because after parking, another customer had parked next to my car and had immediately been kicked out by the staff. I didn’t know these people, and yet, the staff took photos of my vehicle and threatened me, telling me to leave and that they were calling the police. I tried to tell them that we were looking for a room and we were told that we are not welcome there.
Horrible people discriminating against hard working decent people who were looking for a place to stay.

The shower was stained and grimy, cracked and peeling paint on the windows/sills, dirt stains on the door, dirty mirrors, cracked and broken bathroom fixtures. The temperature setting knob in the fridge was broken, and the cold water coming out of the faucet was lukewarm. And then to top it off, there was a bug under the sheets in one of the beds. I was told it was not their problem, they can't keep bugs out of the rooms, given a $20 refund and called a scammer.
