Bought a used cricket phone for 40 bucks. Had it for a week. Bought it on a Thursday and over the week end had it in my pants pocket (had been in my shirt pocket prior to that) discovered an issue where the phone shut off in my pocket to the point that in order to turn it back on i had to remove and reinstall the battery. After calling today exactly a week later to request a refund the woman was very rude and basically told me never going to happen. She accused me of "renting" the phone which is hillarious to me because i literally had a perfectly good windows phone that was a month old in my hand when i went to purchase said phone from them. I just wanted to go back to android. At this point I was very upset so i threatened bad reviews on social media and here to which the woman responded "I dont care" then I called back to talk to Sonny later and he literally laughed at me and said basically "so what, I Dont need your business I'm very respected around here and my customers love me" very arrogantly. Then said i have to go now and take care of paying customers and hung up on me. Sorry, last time i checked i was a paying customer. At no point when i purchased the phone was i told no refunds. He did not like being threatened with bad reviews. Then i called back and threatened small claims to which he replied something along the lines of "hey if you want to spend more money than the phones worth be my guest" and said i thought i was clear dont call my store. Now im sure his response is going to be i damaged the phone or something. I only had it a week. And i live an hour away from the store. I had a perfectly good phone. I did not buy this one to get screwed over. He will also probably try to insult my character. I will have you know i am a volunteer firefighter and an upstanding member of society. Never even been in the back of a cop car. All of this over 40 bucks. Wow. STAY AWAY FOLKS. he doesnt care about you after he gets your money. Also by the way, when i went to cricket to buy a replacement phone the woman said i got ripped off that the phone was worth 10 bucks. Update: his response to this comment is 110% lies. At no point did i say i was buying the phone to temporarily use until i got another one. And i totally resent your questioning and disrespect to myself and my brothers and sisters as firefighters protecting you and yours. You are a bad man. And i gave you a VERY PRECISE description of the issues the phone was having. Keep taking advantage of hardworking good people it will come to be known the type of "businessman" you claim to be or wish you were. Read moreWent there to have my screen replaced. The two gentlemen looked at my phone and asked several times why I had factory reset my phone. I told them that it had nothing to do with the screen and I stated that if they were going to keep asking me then I would just go somewhere else. The gentleman said he could have it fixed in about a week because they had to order one which was fine with me. After about 5 days, they called and said it was done so I went out to pick it up. Looked good but he did say it had to be unlocked for $25 and that it would take up to 48 hours. He said to take my phone and he would call me with the code. After waiting over a week I called them and the gentleman said they can't unlock it with a code but if I bring the phone in they could do it manually in about 20 minutes. I then just asked for my $25 back but they refused to refund me. Needless to say my daughter called the service provider and had it unlocked in a day for free. I would have given them 5 stars if it weren't for them continuously asking me about the factory reset and if they would have refunded my unlock money. The question I have is if they could do it manually in about 20 minutes then why didn't they just do that to...

After my phone had been hijacked by a full page "Temu" ad, I called to see if they could get rid of it and allow me to use my Samsung Galaxy 10 Plus again...Although my phone is older, it was still a very good phone and I did not want to buy a new one!
Sonny told me "yes" so I came into the store ...Now, the task of removing this "thing " was somewhat difficult..Luckily, there were not many people in the store at that time.Sonny worked nonstop trying to find the source of this virus. As he was doing so, he taught me a lot about what not to do when it comes to my phone - I really had no idea how bad these advertisers operated to get me to click or download a game, a "service ", etc...this is how my phone ended up in this mess! After almost 2 hours, I had my old phone back! I had stopped using Verizon as my provider for talk, text, and data, so Sonny set me up with a beautiful, low cost, provider as well! After dealing with some pretty bad customer service issues in the past, Xtreme Wireless was such a wonderful experience! I think Sonny is just naturally a people person who knows how to treat people kindly and fairly...I plan on sticking with...
