Kinney Drugs Pharmacy — Local services in Town of Cicero

If I could leave 0 I would. 4 times in a row over the last couple of months my prescriptions have not been filled correctly. I was shown on Friday by my doctor that my prescription is being sent over correctly, but every time I go to pick it up at Kinneys, I am never given what was sent over. I was told by one person it is an insurance issue, another person said it was a glitch in the system. I was told just now that the needles I need are in the system as my prescribed needle and they have it on hand but I couldn’t receive them until a new script was requested????? I have not received syringes 3 times in a row and am being told I have no refills for them? How when my script was sent over on Friday and it is now Monday. Everything else is there (except my one set of correct needles) and syringes. And Im not the only one who has this issue. I will be switching to a different pharmacy because I can not play these run around games with my life saving...

I am not happy with this drugstore. They do not keep their shelves stocked well and it takes hours to get a prescription filled. My doctor called in a prescription at 4:00 PM on Tuesday when my brother went to pick it up at 11:00 am on Wednesday he was told it was not ready yet. If they need more help they should get it but keep the shelves stocked and get the prescriptions done as quickly as possible. This is the only drugstore in Bridgeport so we have no choice but to put up with this or drive 20 minutes to Cicero to get...

Absolutely the worst service I've had with a pharmacy. Have had this kinneys as a pharmacy since I was a kid.Very disappointed I was told 45 mins to an hour for my prescription 3 different times. While the cashier complained about not having help while 2 of the other workers are texting and talking on their cellphone behind the counter while myself and my kid are told again another hour kinney drugs should be embarrassed and ashamed of this kind of behavior.
