Familia Pizza — Restaurant in Town of Cicero

I went on a Saturday afternoon for sandwiches for my husband and I while working on a remodel.. Food smelled delicious! Menu looked yummy, but he asked for a turkey sub.. The place went from another person to 10 in a matter of minutes.. The gent went from having everything under control to aack in a matter of a minute ( don't blame him.) He finally had some help and about 15 mins later I had a turkey sub ( so I thought.) The bread for the sub was really good, the bottom had some crunch and the top was soft. They got the turkey part right but the rest? Not so much. The gent that took my order didn't make it so either there was a communication error or the other guy just guessed incorrectly. Though there was a snafu.. The food was good and we will go back. Just check it before...

I would just like to say that the staff at Familia Pizzeria went above and beyond the call of duty. Being a regular customer we ordered 50 char-grilled wings. By an honest mistake the wings weren't saucy or wet as we asked and paid for. We did call and ask if there was a reason or mix up. That being said the fellas and lady made it RIGHT! Tonight we did order again because the food is really worth the money. Wow great saucy wings killer Garlic Pizza,outstanding Eggplant Parm. Among the calzone that was stuffed full. Good People Good Pizza and Food Joint. If you want good food from honest hard working staff...Call Pizza Familia. Great Jobs Everyone!!! Thanks for a full belly...

I ordered a turkey sub with lettuce American cheese banana peppers and Russian dressing on both sides I specifically told the lady that I always say russian dressing on both sides and they never do it so I don't know if they were trying to be funny this time but they gave me my sub with the Russian dressing on the side but none on either side of the sub so now I'm sitting in my car trying to eat some of my sandwich before going into work but I have no knife to spread dressing on my sandwich because they were too lazy to do it I'm very disappointed very disappointed..Is it really that hard to put the mayo or dressing or whatever the customer orders on the sub?
