WF smoke shop — Local services in Town of Cicero

Love this place, the owners are super nice and I consider them good friends. I just tried stopping by as it shows the hours for today are 10 am to 11 pm and it's only 9:28 pm right now. Open sign was on but doors were locked. There was no phone number listed anywhere that I could call ahead and make sure the shop was open. Lights were off inside but there were lights on in the right hand side of the shop. Can someone update the hours to the correct times and include a phone number that people could call? That way I wouldn't be driving there only to find out I can't get in even though the open sign is lit. I didn't see a doorbell or a way to knock either where someone would hear me inside if...
