Notorious D.O.G. — Local services in Town of Clarence

I usually always come here for my dogs food and toys. However yesterday I went there around 4pm and there were signs for $10 off the Open Farm Harvest Chicken Freeze Dried food. It was not indicated on the sign of when the promotion ended, so when I got up to the register with 2 bags the sales associate told me the promotion ended and she couldn’t honor the price that was displayed throughout your store. Now being in Erie County it is the law that you accept the advertised price (Erie County Scanner Accuracy Law), so I’m not sure why the sales associate thought she couldn’t give us the advertised deal. I will be finding my dogs food and toys elsewhere from now on. I am highly disappointed with this store as this was one of the only stores we went to buy...

This boutique is so cute! They have a nice variety of Dog products that are reasonably priced. They also carry some unique items if you are looking for something a little different than the big box stores offer for your pup. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly as well. I love bringing little Nori to this boutique. The only issue I have run into is that their online hours of operation did not match their store hours posted on the door and I have made the 30min trip just to learn the store was actually closed. This happened a few times. To me it isnt an issue that is worth decreasing the store rating. I have just learned that if I planned to go closer the end of day, to call first. I just wanted to mention this to inform others....

My daughter went here Tuesday to by dog food. She usually gets Taste of the Wild for about $60 a bag. Thats what she got and salesperson tells her, this food is just a few dollars more but much better. It has freeze dried raw meat in it a much better food. My daughter says ok, the girl rings it up and its $103 for the bag. My daughter was just shocked and didn't know what to say, and came home with it. Wednesday I took it back and explained to the girl what happened. She tells me cannot return perishables items. I said $40 is not a few dollars more, her response was there could be a nick in the beg and the food could be condemned. I guess these people are just more about making money than making people and pets happy. Just lost...
