Alex, My wife and I entered your store because after 30 years of marriage I wanted to surprise my wife with a newer and larger engagement ring. Alex was patient and understood my wife's apprehension. Alex showed my wife many different styles, and also took the time to explain the difference between diamonds(color, size, clarity,etc). We settled on a beautiful ring with Sapphires and diamonds. Next, with Alex's help, my wife selected a beautiful diamond to highlight the ring. He knew our price range and worked with us. Finally he saw that my wife did not want to give up her old ring. Alex suggested taking the diamond and putting it in a gold heart that she has worn for over thirty years. The perfect solution! I recently got engaged and let me tell you , Pete from Bourghol Brothers made me the most perfect ring. I went in to there store for the first time a few months back and my fiancé was working with Pete prior,but I had no idea of course, and he had asked Pete to act like he didn't know him when he brought me in. The clasp on one of my favorite bracelets stopped closing properly. I called the company that manufactures the bracelet and they told me I would have to ship the bracelet to them, it would cost $80 to fix, and that it would take a few weeks to get it back.
