Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. Helped me make a very smart purchase when I was a newbie and very confused. Nick always remembers my name even if I've nkt been there in a while and he's extremely honest when you're buying stuff ..he doesn't just sell you things to gain commision.. he wants you to be happy with the products you purchase and he knows everything there is to know. PLUS he always has a smile on his face! Other shops took advantage of my lack of knowledge in the beginning and oversold me or had zero patience and seemed annoyed to break things down. Not here.. everyone at Good Guy loves vaping and shares their passion excitedly with their customers. This was the main reason I always returned afrer trying them out because a friend reccomended them who is a die hard loyal customer. *They have a wide variety of liquid flavors and options from a lot of different companies. If you have a favorite they'll notify when it's back in stock. *They always have different mg of nic available in each flavor.. When a lot of other places seem to only have mg of nic sections and I usually cant find my flavor in the nic I need. *They stay up to date with the latest gear and they don't break your bank with pricing either. A lot of other shops have older mods or only carry specific companies like SMOK is the most common and they have a very slim selection if coils. GGV always has the latest mod and every coil option you can think of Their reward system blows the others out of the water. They don't just pop a hole in a paper business card. Theirs is electronic and it keeps track of every purchase you ever made which is helpful if you forget the name of the juice you loved months ago or don't remember the specifications of a coil you want to buy again. PLUS if you shop there enough.. you get all types of cool rewards. My friend got a FREE Aegis Legend mod and new tank from the points she collected. *They're patient and honest. There's been plenty of times i was working with a tight budget.. I would tell Nick and he's always guided me on how to get the most for my money.
