Manager is extremely rude . Does not know how to deal with a reasonably bothered customer . I would never spend a dollar here even if they were the last smoke shop in the east coast . Not only are there products defective and outdated but they don’t know how to make things right with people who actually spend money in these places . I advise you to not go here if you are not easily taken advantage of . Beware of there grinders . They will recommended you something from a well known company that is no longer being made then expect u to reach out to the manufacturer instead of them trying to resolve there own wrongs .the best she can do was 10% discount If purchased a different item . What a joke , if only I can give them a 0 stars because they truly don’t deserve it . The other 2 gentlemen were much more understanding . Used to be the only good glass shop around. Now I will never go back. The shop is filled with Chinese pieces and the management knows little to nothing. They sold me a glass nail and told me it was quartz. This is not only ripping me off but it’s very dangerous. When I called and asked to speak to the manager about the issues the person who sold me the garbage wouldn’t let me talk to him. I bought a rig there too that had no holes in the downstem meaning it wouldn’t function. How does that happen! Really...
