All the above. I found Paul and his son by scanning landscaping in the area. Paul had came out to Niskayuna with promises of a retaining wall by mid summer. My existing wall had crumbled. Leaving my yard looking very disheveled. Paul was the most reasonable estimate thus far. Waiting several months would be difficult but it was worth it especially when Paul called me back a week later from signing his contract that he would be starting the wall next week. He called this a small job. I was just so happy that he took in consideration my concerns for our neighbors having to look at this mess for most of spring and summer. He and his son completed this wall rather quickly, certainly not what I expected at all. Gorgeous!!! I cannot tell you how many compliments I have gotten on their craftsmanship. How beautiful it is, even the little detail of the water drain grate. So many compliments and the best part this wall was completed the very beginning of spring. We couldn't have been more impressed with Vasto and Son Landscape Contractors and the amount of effort and care that they put into their work. I own River Stone Manor Banquet Facility and needed to have a set of patio stairs replaced this spring and had the work done by Paul Vasto and his Son. Their work far exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier. One of the major concerns was possible damage to my front lawn that might be caused by the tractor needed to bring the stairs to the needed spot. Paul waited until he was confident that the ground was hard enough before beginning the project. My personal major concern was the existing shrubs and planting that where on both sides of the steps for the last 12 years that were healthy and beautiful. I thought for sure that I was going to loose them. Not one shrub or plant was damaged...I couldn't believe it. I have had numerous compliments on the steps from many of my customers.
