Crossroads Center — Local services in Town of Colonie

Today I took my 87 year old mother for a brain MRI - as you would expect she was very anxious , did not sleep the night before out of fear. From the first moment she was greeted by the receptionist she was made to feel at ease and a weight was lifted off of her at that moment. She then was brought into the MRI room by Melissa The technician who performed the MRI. From the moment, Melissa came to get my mother. She was totally focused on putting her at ease and she was lovely in doing so. The 35 minute test went smoothly and my mom came through with flying colors. She wants everyone to know how positive her experience was and she feels totally comfortable recommending pinnacle five stars to all the employees I hope that their managers are reading this they deserve...

Our little plaza is called Crossroads Center? Who knew!? Listen, this area has a lot of potential and some great spots, but the plaza itself is kind of a mess.
