New Panda — Restaurant in Town of Colonie

Unpleasant!!!! I paid for hot and spicy beef which only came with less then a quarter of beef in the dish that’s $12.90 a quart that was suppose to come with rice but the owner charged me $2.90 for extra rice with no extra rice. Then a Crab Rangoon which was $4.80. She said she was going to fix it for me the next time. That was on January 8th. The owner they would put in extra beef. Today January 29th i got the same dish with a small Crab Rangoon $4.80, hot and spicy beef for $12.90, and large Wonton soup $5.95. She said I have to charge you extra for the brown rice which is suppose to come with it and does not say on the menu or website that it’s only white. It says (W. Rice). Then she tries to say things are expensive. No it isn’t you are just being a slime ball that is trying to cut back on the food you are putting out, buying more, and putting less in the dish so you can save money. Not giving me the food I pay for in the dish. So she started smiling and laughing at the cook because she was suppose to make it right today then threw extra charges for the rice and the beef she was suppose to fix today. Wonder why it struggling to keep...

DONT ORDER OVER THE APP GIVEN Would literally give it less stars if I could. I ordered on the app that they were set up to go through, paid and waited for my food. Way too much time passed by, so I had my boyfriend call and check on everything and they said they didn’t have an address for the order, my boyfriend gave it to them, and everything was on the way. Man shows up and wants money. I said I paid over the app, showed him the email confirming that I paid and everything and he curses at me and says to call. The restaurant was closed so no one was answering. Man curses some more and gives me his phone to talk to some women screaming at me saying I didn’t pay and my boyfriend placed the order when he called. This couldn’t be true because how would they have even knew what I ordered without having gotten the order through the app as he didn’t say what it was over the phone. Long story short, very rude, no dinner for us, and I paid money for nothing, including a $4 tip... wrote to the app and am going to speak to the manager of the restaurant tomorrow. DONT ORDER ON...

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in for lunch today and placed a to-go order. As I'm sitting at the tables in front waiting for the food, I'm watching an employee in the back chopping meat and flinging it into a container that was sitting on a 5 gallon bucket next to the counter. After a few minutes, he over shot the container and 3-4 pieces of raw meat fell onto the floor. He finished chopping the piece that he was working on, then reached down with his bare hands, picked the pieces up off the floor and tossed them into the container with the other meat as if nothing happened. He then grabbed another piece of meat and kept chopping as if business as usual. I brought it to the owners attention but with the language barrier I'm not quite sure they understood me. I am never one that leaves reviews like this, but now I feel responsible to say something because of the risk to public health. I told them that I no longer wanted the food that I ordered and I walked out with a total lack...
