Lovonia Mallory!!! Lovonia is a gem, truly an outstanding employee and you guys are lucky to have her. She was instrumental in me picking grout to go with my tile and helping me pick a finish piece for that tile. Hello sparkle grout, who knew. I purchased a marble bathroom sink and had a problem 6 months after installation. I went to the Colonie store today and spoke with Andrew at Customer Service. Andrew suggested I speak with Jen who is in charge of that section. They both went above and beyond to rectify my problem. Jen enlisted the help of Daniel and they opened a sink in stock to check for additional information. They were all extremely helpful and fully committed to helping me find a solution. I would highly recommend Floor and Decor based on the staff alone….not to mention great products and selection!!...

Floor and decor is finally here in the Albany area! We get all of our flooring from here and I’m happy we don’t have to travel 1.5 hours to pick up our flooring
