Here's an update. We tried again. Put our name in, the wait time, they said was 20-30 minutes. Went out to the car to get some toys for the child. When we got back inside about five minutes later, our name had been crossed off. It took quite a while for anyone to acknowledge us. When the host did come over, he got angry right away when we asked why our name had been crossed off. He said we weren't there when he called it. When asked why he said 20-30 minutes when he meant 2-3 minutes, he lied, said it had been a long time and yelled at us for being upset about this. It had literally been seven minutes by the time he came back over to talk to us. He then turned away from us and started walking away. We had no choice but to go somewhere else that actually wanted customers. He yelled after us that he didn't want our business, glad we were leaving and have a bad day. I truly couldn't believe anyone would treat any other human that way let alone customers at your job.
We were sat right away as the second group there. The food took a long long time coming. The whole party got their food and mine didn't come out. I specifically ordered a drink that said free refills on the menu and asked for a refill when my food didn't come out even after everyone else had eaten half their plates, but the server said it didn't have free refills. She said she would check and left. She had time to seat and take another party's order: first drinks, then come back for food. They must have been very short staffed because she didn't come back for quite a while. When she did finally come back (without the drinks for the rest of the people at my table who did have free refills or my food), she said there were no free refills on that drink. Even though the menu clearly says there are free refills. Most of the rest of my table was about done with their food when mine finally arrived. The food was good, but not enjoyable after everyone else was finished and with no drink. The drinks finally arrived and we asked for the check. That came immediately. No waiting. She went right over and got it. The bill for four adults for breakfast was $100! The server, I think, was new and a lot of those things were out of her control. I don't blame her for the problems. She was very nice and friendly. She would have made for a great meal if they weren't seriously short staffed on a Friday night and had new...

It wasnāt too bad with the wait to be seated (even though they sat a party of the same number as us and a larger party before us, that came after us). I shouldāve took it as a warning that I noticed peopleās orders just sitting in the kitchen window waiting for over 8 mins before the cook actually yelled the waitressās name to come get them. From there it was down hill. They sat our party of 3 at a half booth /half chair table with a garbage can sitting next to our chair. She took our drink orders pretty quick; but didnāt come back for a long time to get our food order. Then we realized that they had sat us next to a larger party of people who would not shut up. When she finally came back to take our order, We had 2 orders with some specifics to them (like our eggs scrambled well). Nothing really big. We sat and waited for our food for over 20 mins. And were contemplating whether or not to just get our bill for our drinks and just go somewhere else cause by then weāre getting annoyed. But we had already been there almost 40 mins in total already. By the time I got my food the only thing hot was my hash browns. My eggs were wet(which makes my stomach turn); My pancakes were missing everything and my friend had the wrong pancakes completely. She took mine back and added one of the items and still forgot the other stuff. And they had to make my friends a whole new set. After waiting again for awhile, I had to get someoneās attention just to get a container and still wait awhile for the check. The young lady (very nice)at the register asked how everything was and I told her; she said that she wanted to get the manager so the manager could know and be aware. Low and behold the person who comes up to the register to finish helping us is the same lady that was serving us. So Iām guessing the manager was our server too. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis has to be the most unprofessional, poorly managed and unwelcoming ihop we have ever been to. The waitresses here are just rude, money grabbing desperate women. Let me explain. Firstly it took 10 mins in the queue before anyone even acknowledged us. We were the only ones waiting to be seated. After attending to us the waitress refused our request to sit at a bigger table because she didnāt want to āwalkā a few steps further to serve us. After being seated we waited 15 mins before anyone came for our drinks order and when we asked if we can order she tutted at us saying she needed to get the drinks first. 10 mins later no drinks. We asked another server to take our order but she redirected us to the earlier one. She then gave so much attitude taking our order. She basically dismissed what I was saying when I told her I wanted a savoury crepe and order pancakes instead. 40 mins later after our food was just put on the side she bought it over and basically flung it on the table. Cold and not what I ordered. When I called her back and said this was incorrect she proceeded to shout at me and say i ordered a stack of pancakes. Yes because savoury pancakes sounds the same as āstackā anyways she took it away and threw the plate on the side and proceeded to tell her colleagues how i ordered wrong and she was not at fault. Finally got our food, awful taste and cold again. I spoke with the manager and she apologized.
