Go somewhere else....even online is better. I ordered some parts for a Harman wood stove through these guys and the girl who was helping me (Meagan), said to make sure I had everything I needed to get the job done because parts might not be available or take weeks to come and then whatever I did not use, I could simply return and be refunded. Sounded good. My order came in after 3 days when she told me it would be 2-3 weeks, which was nice. I got the wood stove up and running and we ended up ordering two steel plates that I did not need because the old ones were fine. so, I called them back to let them know and to my surprise the girl now tells me they're not accepting returns and I was stuck with an extra $170 of parts that I did not need. Keep in mind I just spent over $1,000 getting the wood stove up and running with these folks. At this point, Megan then became unprofessional and they no longer wanted to deal with me. Had I been made aware from the beginning I would not be able to return certain items, I would not have ordered those pieces. However due to the extreme wait-time, I figured I better to make sure I had what I needed. We own a small HVAC business and I can tell you first hand, this is no way to do business. I will be sending my customers elsewhere from now on and will not use these people...

I bought a Harmon Advance pellet stove from these guys about nine years back. As a vote for Harmon pellet stoves, I basically needed to do nothing to it (aside from cleaning) for almost eight years. Last year, the combustion blower went.

I called H&H back and found out they were under new management. I was extremely impressed with the new folks that took over. They didn't have time in their schedules for weeks to replace my combustion blower, but they got the right part for me ASAP and provided me some loose instructions so I could DIY.

Just today, I thought I had another problem. I called them up looking for advice and they were able to help me diagnose the problem (user error) over the phone. At no point did they recommend just replacing parts w/o proper diagnosis, which they helped me with. I didn't get to asking them what their schedule looked like if I needed further help because they got me fixed before I needed to.
