This is a response to STEVEN WAGER's review. I was in Kosta's Pizza House when the incident STEVEN WAGER wrote about occurred. This is the real story of what happened. A man (I'm assuming STEVEN WAGER) came in for 2 pizzas that he had ordered. The man wanted to pay for the pizza's with a credit card. Kosta's does not take credit cards and that fact is posted around the establishment. There is an ATM that customers can get cash from if they need. The male customer started to berate the owner and the fact that he doesn't take credit cards. Kosta apologized and told the customer to take the pizza's and come back later and pay for them when he had cash as the pizzas were already done. The male customer continued to be irate and caused a scene telling Kosta that he didn't care about the pizzas now. Kosta at this point told the man to leave his establishment as he was causing a scene. The man said he was going to give horrible reviews for Kosta's on the internet and make sure no one would come to Kosta's. This customer was totally out of line and was looking to cause a scene. The restaurant had other patrons (me included) and Kosta was right to tell him to leave. The only screaming and raised voice was on the part of the male customer who seemed to have a feeling of entitlement and got irate that credit cards were not accepted.
I eat at Kosta's at least twice a week. The food and service are second to none, outstanding! The owner is a wonderful man. I have seen him take care of people repeatedly and he goes out of his way to make sure everyone is happy and satisfied. He has a heart of gold. Kosta's has a large loyal following, give the place a try and you won't be disappointed.

Read moreI frequently visited Kosta's during my bachelor days, drawn in by the delicious wings and affordable prices. Now, as a husband and father of three young kids, it's a rare treat for us to find a meal we can all agree on. Tonight was one of those special nights. Whether it was the pizza, wings, steak and cheese sub, or the gyro, everything was served promptly and there was more than enough to go around. The gyro was massive, as was the sub. Both the pizza sauce and wing sauce had a hint of sweetness, and the jumbo wings featured a light breading that made them both crispy and juicy. My kids paused their chewing just long enough to sing praises about their meals. It was refreshing to enjoy a different style of pizza compared to the typical NY-style slice that has become so common. Kosta himself remains just as he has always been—a dedicated man who takes pride in serving his community. I'm happy to have rediscovered this gem and I look forward to...
