I recently have my car got serviced here and honestly the staff is nice, friendly and will checked out anything I ask them. But the reason im giving them a one star is the fact that they made me pay for something that they broke and that isn't right. Let me explain; i brought my car in to get a wheel bearing changed and they did the job, but in doing so the broke my abs sensor and told me that it "just went bad" which i know that was not true. I brought my car in with everything working fine, no lights on the dash. Any way I just said ok replace it. When I got my car back, out of curiosity I ask the mechanic who did the job what happened. He told me he was trying to remove the sensor but in doing so he broke it by accident (which was understandable) but he then said "I was going to put the car back together and ignore the broken sensor and in doing so, I took the car for a test drive and I noticed the odometer was not working and your speed was not showing, so I know I had to replaced it". (That right there was a red flag) but I ask him if you know you broke it why is it that I must pay for some you damage, he then try to ignore the question and try to talk about something else. I try asking for it to be reimbursed or something he said he couldn't do that. I had a similar experience with my other car but I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn't pay it any attention. First time there! A friend recommended them. Try to squeeze me in all week because they were so booked. Got me in at 4:45 to do an oil change and inspection. had two people after me. So he doesn't just close at 5 pm. He closes when his customers are finished. Everything seemed reasonably priced. Did safety inspection also to let me know a few things. Said that for a 26 year old vehicle was in really good shape. Looks like they're going to be my new mechanics. I was going to somebody prior to them for 23 years. Lynn was very pleasant and so were his staff I interacted with. So...

Nothing like walking into a mechanics shop and knowing some of the folks working there. And.........knowing they hold high standards and won't talk down to you because you are a woman, or a guy that just doesn't do cars or trucks and needs routine stuff done. Here's your place! My God! I can't rave enough about what they do. Stop in. Ask questions. Be patient. And know you are in good hands. They'll tell you the truth. Thanks guys. You are the best.
