EDIT: I called 21 times after my appointment to resolve this issue. Every single 21 times, they hung up on me. I will never be returning, after I go back to get my money.

Literally one of, if not the worst, nail salon I have ever been to. After I mentioned the disgusting nature of their products and asked if they could provide clean products before applying my nails, stating I was highly concerned for the immense buildup of old material on their products and didn’t want to get bacteria and fungus under my nails, the tech gave me an extremely hard time. I said I was not comfortable using the nasty product. After almost 5 minutes of back and forth, I was about to get up and leave but she decided she suddenly wanted to change to clean product, but poured all the nasty ones back in the containers to use for the future. Nasty. I was extremely frustrated and mentioned several more concerns during my appt, and all of them were ignored. Boss came over. Agreed the products should not be used and said they will do better. She then continued to do an absolutely horrendous job on my nails. Not the shape I wanted, polish is horrendous and I have just as much buildup of a red color that wasn’t even used on my nails underneath them now. I am disgusted and will be reporting. I suggest not using this place if youre gonna get your nails done, because not only did I waste my money, but now have to spend more to get these immediately soaked off. Went there to get fingernails and toenails done and when they did my fingers they cut me I was bleeding and I asked for a blue color design and they did an all black design. and then, when they did my feet, the nail clippers and stuff they used were very unsanitary, and it gave my toenails. A tone infection pus was under my toenails. My toe was bleeding. The ladies are very rude Tony’s the only nice one there and he’s gentle. Also things were dirty. Charged me $25 just to get blue toenails and I asked for no clipping, and they did it anyways it’s still chargeable price when I asked for nothing, but it took it painted! Very angry...
