Best caterer I could ever have imagined!!! We first took a visit to D’Lish and the adorable cafe got us all excited about the prospect of hiring Nicole for our wedding. We sampled food and she was super sweet throughout our meal. We signed a contract as soon as possible and after rescheduled weddings due to the pandemic, Nicole’s patience and integrity were still remarkable. She was so accommodating of our needs, and super understanding of a number of last minute changes, surprises, and unexpected hassles. I was waiting for her to quit on us after a couple crazy moments on our end, and instead her kindness kept us at ease. In spite of the roller coaster that was our wedding day (including an unexpected crowding of the kitchen, leaving barely any space for her team), Nicole’s food was delicious, timely, and everyone was super content. East Greenbush needs more small businesses like this one, especially on Columbia Turnpike. Unfortunately, the outside of the building, including the cute D'lish sign on the front lawn, continues to need some serious work. Unlike the inside, the exterior of the building looks like the property may be abandoned. I can never tell from the road if it's open or closed. Some serious scraping and a fresh coat of paint, to enhance curb appeal, would do wonders for...

I had my 70th birthday party catered by them. The food was great. Marybeth was very helpful guiding me through the plans and was hands on during the whole event.
