La Bella pizzeria — Restaurant in Town of East Greenbush

We order here alot, as they are just up the road from my work. We ordered a ground beef pizza, which comes with a garlic sauce base. The person made it with pizza sauce,red. I called instantly, before it was touched. The front counter guy asked his cook, who admitted he made it WRONG. I explained it was the 3rd time he did that. Yes I previously called to notify them. The front counter guy asked what he could do to make it right. I asked for a new pizza made correctly. He agreed and let us keep the wrong pizza also. I told him my coworker, The Giant, who just picked up the wrong one would pick this one up. Upon pickup my coworker was informed that a guy and his girlfriend picked it up 10 minutes ago. That's funny since they told us 30 minutes and my coworker was there in exactly 30 minutes. That's dirty pool. If they weren't going to make it right, then just say so. Very untrustworthy. We won't be doing business...

If there was anything less than 1, I would give it. We ordered from LaBella's and when we arrived to pick it up, we were handed our order which we brought out to the car. After looking at the box we realized we were given the wrong pizza. We went back in to tell them, and they took the wrong pizza back and then just gave it to the customer that has originally ordered it. They apologized and realized they never actually made our pizza. They made the correct pizza for our order, which looks like they just threw the toppings, which were not even close to evenly distributed, and is clearly underbaked. This all happened while the rest of our order was left to get cold. They never offered anything to make the whole situation right and it took over an hour for an order that was promised 20-25 minutes...

Last night i orded a 12 cut pepperoni pizza.. i waited an hour and 8 minutes for the pizza to arrive and be an 8 cut pepperoni with mushrooms on it under the cheese and cold. I called and explained that i was not happy.. The man offered to credit my pizza. Soo tonight I called to order my credited pizza and he told me that he never credited the pizza because the driver only had 4 stops before me and there is no way that it was cold. I said you told me last night that you credited it and he said i will do it this one time and if it happens again you are not to order from Ipek's La Bellas anymore. I said wow ok.. then i also reminded him that i ordered a 12 cut and i had gotten an 8 cut he then called me a liar and hung up on me. I have never had such terrible service. He was incredible rude and...
