Disclaimer: I rarely write reviews, but the experience I had with this store was so poor that I feel obligated to share it. I purchased a minifigure listed as new, but when it arrived, the torso had multiple visible dents and scratches. It was clearly not in new condition.

I reached out to the seller immediately and provided clear photos of the damage. Rather than acknowledging the issue or offering a reasonable solution, they dismissed my concerns and claimed the damage was “normal.” When I followed up with a phone call to resolve the matter directly, the seller even insinuated that I was trying to take advantage of them—simply for requesting a replacement torso or a refund.

Their only proposed solution was that I pay for return shipping out of my own pocket, and in return, they would offer only a partial refund—because I had assembled the minifigure, which they claimed made it no longer “new.” This, despite the fact that the figure arrived damaged in the first place, as shown clearly in the photos I sent.

Very professional behavior for a $30 minifigure.

There are many honest and reputable brick sellers out there who value customer service and stand behind the condition of their items. I strongly encourage you to support them instead of doing business...

My boys and I absolutely love visiting Empire Bricks! My young boys are crazy about everything lego! The owners are so nice and are very knowledgeable with all things lego! My boys favorite part is being able to build their very own figure just the way they want it, and bring it home, and did i mention the huge bin of bulk Legos! They do an awesome job rising the lego sets they have available for the time of year! We went in during the week of May the 4th and it was all things Star Wars. I am excited to see what will be in the shelves closer to Halloween, it's one of our favorite things as a family!This has been an Amazing addition...

These people are so wrong. Sold me lego sets that were opened and slyly taped back together. And missing a couple pieces. They REFUSED to give me a refund. They are very rude. Said I should have studied the boxes better lol. I didn't realize. Crazy. Could have handled it way better. I nor my family or friends would ever consider spending money there again. I strongly recommend going to a lego store where you know exactly what you are getting. Don't have to worry about them buying second hand merchandise and trying to get msrp for it. Just plain wrong how they treated...
