I had a horrible experience with this place! My boyfriend and I had stayed here 2 weeks and would've stayed longer if they didn't kick us out! After staying a week I told the front that we may be staying several weeks depending on my bfs work schedule. The lady working told me about their weekly rates. She told me that the weekly rate was equivalent to 4 days at full price. Since I was unsure at the time how long we were staying, the lady told me that if I pay that day, Sunday, as well as Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, that we could stay until Sunday morning at no additional cost.

Thursday morning at 8am I get a call from the front desk asking if I was staying another night. I let her know that i was. She then asked me to come pay when I got a chance. A little while later I went to the office and explained that I was offered the weekly rate. The woman working, the manager, told me that I should not have been told that and that they would not honor it. As someone who lives on a very tight budget, I was extremely upset to hear this as I had spent my hotel money on other necessities. I didn't make a big deal about it though and paid for Thursday night, as well as Friday night.

Saturday morning comes around and i was out of money. The front desk called at 11am, which is check out time, exactly. I didn't answer, though I should have, because I didn't know exactly what to say. I knew my bf was on his way there and said he would try to talk with them and see if theyd work with us on money. Now I want to add that for the previous 2 weeks the hotel was very lenient with us on check out time. Many times theyd give us till 12pm, 1pm, or 2pm to decide if we needed another night. I didn't think it was a big deal if I didn't let them know our intentions right at 11am. I got in the shower at 11:30 am and apparently the housekeeper came and knocked on the door, and I heard the phone ringing another time while i was showering. My boyfriend gets back at noon and goes to the front desk at around 12:15pm to try to talk to them about letting us stay until Monday and work with us on payment, as I felt that they were partly responsible for me not being able to pay.

My boyfriend returns at 12:30pm and says I need to pack our stuff up, that things did not go well up at the front desk. Apparently, the woman working, Terridan, told my boyfriend that she knew for a fact that I was not offered the deal for the week, which I was most assuredly was. The manager I spoke with said that she read a note left about it by the employee who offered me the deal, so it was even documented, and it was known by management I was told this. Things got a little heated up between Terridan and my bf..they got in a bit of verbal disagreement. Terridan told my boyfriend that we needed to leave. My boyfriend then asked if we could stay and pay in an hour or so, that we would have to borrow money from a family member. Terridan said no, that she would not let us stay even if we paid. She said if we would have answered or called earlier when they tried getting ahold of us that she would have let us pay and stay, but now she wouldnt let us, that she wanted us out by 1pm or she was calling the police. My boyfriend did admit to me that he yelled at her and got nasty to her.

At 12:30pm there was a knock on our door. My boyfriend answered it and there stood 5 state troopers, along with 2 more pulling in the parking lot!! All of this over being an hour and a half late on payment, all because they gave me a deal they did not honor. This was after staying a full two weeks, giving them 2 weeks of our money and business. The state troopers even said that they had overreacted. It was a horribly embarrassing and upsetting situation. We would have given this motel a lot of business as we are on the road a lot, but now I wouldn't recommend them to even my worst...

Currently staying here with my family (husband, two small children - 3 and 4 years old, and my dog) while my husband is working in the area. As our stay here comes to a close, I’d like to give an honest review.

Our room was easily accessible. You enter the room from the parking lot, with parking right outside the door. We rented a double queen room which entails two queen beds, a small refrigerator, microwave, and TV. There were definitely a few spiders, which I don’t think are to blame on housekeeping staff whatsoever. The room was surprisingly clean, being that this is a budget/value hotel. I do think that the bathrooms could use better ventilation systems, but that is my only complaint here.

Now, the real reason why I’m writing this review is to give two of your housekeeping employees, Kayla and Jaden (I hope I’m spelling their names right) the recognition that they deserve. Minutes after Jaden knocked on the door to offer housekeeping/supplies and returned with new sheets as I had requested, I left the room to quickly throw a dirty diaper in the outdoor trash can. In the 2 seconds the door was opened, my dog bolted. I was panicking and having a really hard time getting her to come back. They assured me that it was okay and I didn’t need to worry. However, being 2.5 hours away from home with two small kids and a suddenly non-compliant dog, I was worried to say the least. Kayla helped me track down my dog while I carried my 3 year old son, and Jaden sat with my 4 year old daughter to make sure she was safe while the entire ordeal went down. I can’t believe people like this still exist in the world.

It doesn’t stop there though. The next day, which was actually today, they knocked on my door in the afternoon with some gifts for my kids and treats for my dog. Again, incredible. These two employees are some of the kindest people I’ve ever crossed paths with, and I don’t think I’ll ever forget their insanely sweet gesture.

In conclusion, the stay was good, but your housekeeping employees really made me feel at ease. I hope that you are recognizing your employees, not only for their hard work, but also for the wonderful human beings that they are. I thanked them about 10 times already, and I’ll probably thank them again tomorrow if I see them before we leave, but I’m so grateful that during my stressful situation during my stay, they were so kind and helpful.

Thank you Kayla...

If you are looking for a fine hotel/motel this is not it. This was however a pretty good place to lay your head as you are exploring the state. The staff were really nice, our room was very clean . The hot water was extremely hot. Be careful if you have a little one as the could get scalded. The beds are ok. Lots of pillows to choose from. The room did not stink nor was it musty/moldy smelling. Now for the down side.

If you like coffee bring your own device. Their machine sucked. It had a little plastic piece with a teabag style coffee pod that made a half a cup at one time. There are paper cups that hold about 3 ounces. You get one pack of sugar and a little package of powdered creamer for each cup. my suggestion would be to buy a travel size Keurig and take that with you as the nearest place to get a hot cup of coffee was 12 miles away inside a target store. Now for your viewing pleasure. Lol situated in the middle of a 30 foot wall is a 23 inch mono speaker $30 TV and that is all there was. It was maybe 12 channels to choose from and that was about it but like I said we were here to only sleep now they did have a small microwave that sounded like it was from 1948 made a lot of noise And a mini fridge in the room which was awesome. It kept drinks cold the freezer work, but it needs to be defrosted. We put the do not disturb sign out. And the housekeeper/cleaning lady never bothered us. Nobody entered our room while we were gone when we asked for some clean towels and a couple of extra trash bags we were giving all supplies we were needed. Now the cleaning lady I don’t remember her name I should though because she left us a envelope on the table for her tip. And it was mart tip for cleaning your room. The air conditioner worked great. We could set it at a constant temperature. Very cool. And it stayed there while we were in and out the whole weekend. We really had no problems. I gave it a 4 as I have yet to stay in a hotel motel. Whatever it was that ever deserved a five. Again if you’re looking for just a place to sleep there you go and we drove all around the property and never saw a pool but it wasn’t really warm enough to go swimming...

We stayed one night here on our way to Niagara Falls. It was close to great shops and restaurants in Corning NY (short 5m drive). We picked it mostly for the price and booked 3 rooms )2 connecting and 1 single. The outside of the place looks a bit run down and it's clear they are struggling to handle unhoused folks as they don't accept guests from the local area. We never felt unsafe and once inside the rooms I feel you get all the basics - clean, lots of space, microwave, mini fridge, luggage racks. The bathrooms were clean but definitely where you could see the age of the place. The TV was a tad small and the channels were strange like 37.5 but it had a remote and basic cable. They have complimentary water bottles at the front desk and grab and go breakfast items in the morning (cereal, nitragrain bars, fruit, coffee, juice). Check in staff was very nice. One of our party did leave a toiletry bag behind and despite calling the same day and them saying they would look, it was never recovered which was disappointing. Otherwise great choice if you aren't too high maintenance and looking for an economical overnight stop. It is located within walking distance to a Walmart and a short drive to a Wegmans.

It's a motel. The buildings around the perimeter reminded me of park buildings. Spacious carpet less room, with more windows than most places. Quiet air conditioner. Soft bed and pillows. Good water pressure. However, it looked worn down and seemed to have mold or mildew on the shower curtain and visible damage in places. Be prepared to see a hand-written envelope from the housekeeper asking for a tip. Service was lacking. Pool looked clean but the front desk didn't know if the water was heated (it didn't feel too cold but also not warm either). Couldn't reach someone by phone from the room and an attendant would often not be around at the front desk. Wish grab and go breakfast items had more healthier options with less added sugar. For the price, I expected more.

What you could expect from a 2-star hotel. Large, spacious; rooms were well equipped but you could tell they were old and out of maintenance (eg the sink would either throw hot water or cold water than 2” later also turned into hot water…). They were also a bit smelly, the usual mixture of dust ans humidity of rooms that don’t have propee ventilation. We didn’t get to experience the breakfast because we were late
