Today, 2/26/25 If I could give negative stars to this business, I would. Visited again to buy bulk staple items like brown rice, whole wheat and bread flour. Not only are these staples missing from their bulk department, the bulk aisle has NO twist ties, sticky labels, or any way of attaching the PLU# to the items you select-no pens to write the PLU# either. Additionally, there is no bread flour-either white or whole wheat-available in their baking section. And as usual, ALL the organic produce looks tired, shriveled up and OLD-not fresh at all. Upon approaching the TWO checkers to purchase the two items I could find, I had to wait until they were both finished dispensing medical advice (I doubt either is a licensed physician) to the man in front of me. Then, when I explained my frustration in trying to purchase bulk items (no pens, tags, etc) they responded "Customers keep stealing the pens. We've never offered twist ties (uh...I used them a month ago), basically giving excuse after excuse of why the bulk department is such a disaster. ZERO attempt by either of them to allay my concerns or improve the situation. They just gaslighted me. Then said, "we hope you'll return soon!" I asked, "What would be the point? I won't."
Previously-two shopping trips ago: So disappointed that this shop has gone so far downhill. I visited yesterday to get a can of simple, unflavored, unsweetened soy or hemp protein powder. NO LUCK. All the protein powders they have are whey (gross and foamy when blended in a smoothie) or some highly processed "performance" combo of rice and pea protein with gross flavors. The bulk section is a disaster-real food, like beans, grains, nuts, and seeds have been given over to snacks and candy. No serious variety of bulk organic herbs or teas either. The whole place smells funny and is full of 'Lifestyle" products instead of real food-stuff like salt lamps, yoga mats, incense, socks (?!) and binwa balls. The prepared foods look unappetizingly overcooked and mushy. Grab and go has nothing interesting either. I used to rely on this place for a good selection of bulk organic FOOD and supplements....
Read moreI often shop at this store and typically spend at least $300 per visit. I enjoy exploring their products, especially the facial care items. I frequently stop in the face cream aisle, where I spend a considerable amount of time applying testers and trying out different brands to learn more about them before making a purchase.
Today, while I was in the face cream aisle, I noticed that my shopping process seemed to bother some people. Store employees kept coming over and pretending to organize the shelves around me, despite the fact that they were already well stocked and organized. They lingered for quite a while, watching over my shoulder, which felt rude and obvious. Not once did anyone ask if I needed help; instead, I felt like I was being glared at. Because of this experience, I will never go into that store again. Bye Nature’s Pantry. You need me more than I need you.

Read moreI have to say, this place has lowered its standard. I loved shopping here but recently most of the vegatbles and fruits are bad, badly bruised or just about to go bad. Organic produce. It’s disappointing because you would think they will put their best out. There were oranges with mold on them, how do you put this out? The manger running the produce should be fired. I literally had to leave my shopping cart of how disgusting it was to see all the ruined produce. It was very disappointing. This place has been overrated and no longer holds its standards. The mix spring were already going bad, I had to go through all of them to find a good one and that one was not good enough. What happened?...
