Fantastic Store, if you live in Rockland County, Orange County or Sullivan County NY, like me we are all privileged to have such a great ski and snowboard shop in our areas. Prices and selection are great, from small children to adults, all your needs are here, but most important is their hospitality. They take the time and will measure your kids for proper boot fittings and will even check the boot/bindings fitting of your kids skies I got a complete service when I brought my two small grandchildren in for fittings. Also they have the best and cheapest season rentals. Good new equipment. They service sharpen and wax your old skies at reasonable prices and they helped me out with used accessories like a used ski bag and helmet. They also do ski trips to Vermont, I took three grandchildren along on the 2018 recent trip to mt Snow VT. and everyone had a blast, kids and adults. Thanks OCS for a great time and...

If you are not certain you are going to purchase something, don't go. I went there to try out some ski boots. BIG MISTAKE. He has this other building for ski equipment. He kept asking me if I was going to buy it, then I told him I want to buy it if the price was right and if he got what I wanted it. So we went there to try on the boots. He had roxa and dalbello brands, but i wanted atomic ski boots, but he didn't have the size. So I was contemplating if I wanted to but or not but he was getting mad because I was contemplating on buying or not. He said if he knew I wasn't going to buy it, he would've not spend such time to let me try on the boots. Never going back even I want to buy something. Sorry, but I have no idea how he was doing business for 30 years with that attitude....

Daughter underage- Rented snowboard and boots this past Monday. I went to store after. Man Ron spent barely 5 minutes to bring shoes and board while helping 3 other costumers at the same time. She changed her mind literally 10 minutes after. Charges $400 with tax. We called and they had closed at4pm. They closed on Tuesday. Called the store this morning to let them know we wanted to return . The man started disagreeing then said ok will have to charge 20% for helping you bring the shoes to try on.. UNREAL! Nothing was said to us at time of rental or receipt. When I asked him to show me the rental agreement where does it mention the 20% he got upset and said i have costumes asked me to walk outside. Be aware when you rent in this place please. Horrible experience as a first...
