We just recently had our daughter’s sweet sixteen party at this place. When we first visited everything sounded great and the price seemed reasonable, however, I wish I read the reviews prior to completing the final payment. The appetizers were good, however the main course meal was horrible , it was cold and they gave such small portions as if they were serving samples. We could have catered food and got better results. Our biggest complaint of all was Ms. G the head server/host she was extremely rude to our guess and our daughters friends which we received a few text messages from angry parents about her interaction with their children. Not only was she disrespectful she was also very inconsiderate towards the schedule we had put together with our Dj to run the event how we planned, she interjected on almost everything, the front bathroom near the entrance door has a foul odor as if a pipe is backed up which we made Rico aware of prior to the party. We are still waiting for an email 2 weeks later from the general manager on how he will rectify the situation given the amount we sent for our daughters sweet sixteen. Do yourself a favor and do research before booking here trust me when I say I would have rather took a lost...

We don't have words to express how blessed we feel to have found this place. At first, we weren't planning to have our wedding reception in a hall, and just do something small at home. However, after taking my daughter to a school dinner there, and attending our church anniversary dinner, we felt in love with it. The room is grand with beautiful chandeliers, which make it look very elegant, and it has a rustic staircase that give it a cozy and classic look. In a short amount of time, we were able to book the place and plan our dream wedding reception. The prices were affordable and Rico, the manager was very friendly, professional and great at accommodating all our requests. His staff was very professional and made sure everything ran smoothly during the reception.

Rico the Director of Planning, worked with us to make everything special to us and it was extremely effortless to plan and execute the party with him. He was extremely attentive and quickly answered all emails and returned phone calls promptly.

Greta was someone I will always remember during the event since she orchestrated the execution on the day of the party and particularly made sure that my husband and I were taken care of in addition to all of our guests.
