It is a beautiful facility, however we drove around and around looking for a parking spot. The facility was full of events. When they are full, there is not enough parking. People we're parked up on snow banks, half up on the curbs, way out onto the street all of the way to the main road. Snow was piled up in parking spots rather than removed but still wouldn't have had enough parking. Both times we have been there it was like this. Also, there is only one vending machine upstairs with water/soda and it was broke. Definitely should have several upstairs. So then you have to wait in line at the food court which took 25 minutes. The line was like that for most of the day. There are only two cash registers in the food court. Nowhere near enough when the place is full. The staff were working their butts off trying to keep up. Definitely need more cash registers and staff. Waiting in line that long I missed an entire volleyball game. You would think with how much was spent on that facility they would have thought about more parking, staff, cash registers and...

The way the tournaments are ran is garbage. Majority of refs don't know the proper call for a penalty.
6min player misconduct for chirping (no vulgar language) & another for slapping a stick on the ice? 2 misconducts = game suspension.
Tournament Director wouldn't review video, wouldn't resolve issue, wouldn't question refs decision, etc . . .
The ones running the clock wouldn't start & stop the clock. Either it ran constantly or it wasn't running at all. Coaches were threatened by tournament director for telling the kids to start/stop the clock. No yelling, no anger, no remarks, simply "start the clock" or "stop the clock"
There was nothing but issues with the tournament handling, but again . . . . . The...
Read moreI will admit right at the start that I have not been to many volleyball venues. That said, the only reason I gave it three stars was the ease of finding it. You'd have to ask the opinion of the players themselves how they felt about the court. As a spectator it appeared as though the courts were too close together. Balls from matches on either side and behind the dividing curtain frequently rolled onto the court while the games were being played. The most concerning part for me was the lack of safety in the stands...NO RAILINGS!! The back of the seats were level with the very narrow walkway behind them. I highly doubt that anyone that uses any sort of assistive device for ambulation...
