I loved shopping there when they first opened. Now, employees that ignore you and act like you are interrupting when you say excuse me, I have a question. Then when they do help you it seems as though they really dont want to. Laziness is all I can say there. The bathrooms could be cleaned at least once a shift. Very poor setup and very disorganized. Now for the cashiers, lol. They hardly greet you, look like they dont want to do their job or even be there. They dont talk to you the entire time that they are very slowly scanning and bagging your items. Again, not even small talk! The manager is really something else in a very negative way, that's all I'll say about that except, she has no idea how to treat customers. When checking out when they FINALLY reach the end of your purchase, there is no have a good day and they are already starting to check out the next person before you even get your bags. I personally think the store is a JOKE and will NEVER shop there again. Nor will I ever tell my friends to shop at you store. I'll go to different department stores where employees appreciate your business and also ask if your finding things alright, with a smile on their face. I dont know where your corporate office is, but, i would hope they would look at all the negative comments and come in and retrain all of you on how customer service should be.    Read moreI normally donât leave reviews, but this experience was too uncomfortable to ignore. Iâm Asian American and went in to return a pair of shoes that didnât fit. It was my second time, and when I got to the register, the older blonde lady helping me whispered âagainâ and rolled her eyes at me. Super rude for no reason. When I found the right size and went to check out, she didnât greet me or say anything. She just threw the shoes into the bag like I was wasting her time. The whole time she acted irritated and cold. I also couldnât help noticing her crooked teeth, which wouldnât matter if her attitude wasnât so nasty. What really bothered me though was that while I was shopping, I overheard a conversation nearby where someone mentioned that sheâs made racist comments toward Hispanic customers before. I donât know the full story, but hearing that made the whole vibe worse. As a person of color, it made me feel even more uncomfortable and unwelcome. She had to use the restroom and upon entering we soon discovered there was no toilet paper in either stall. I went in to the mens room and they didn't have any either. I had to tell the employee who watches the fitting room area to let someone know and she wasn't in a hurry to get anyone to help until I had to tell her that my daughter and another woman both were waiting. We finally get some toilet paper and I went in search of the store manager. All he said was that he started at 330 that afternoon and didn't know.
