You say u don’t rip ppl off but you literally block my chance and a bunch of other peoples chances to reply about negative experiences with your business which is extremely unprofessional. But another thing, in store u said nothing about $50-$80, i got my prices correct and checked eBay prior to entering your store, i was simply implying how you guys run ur business. Stop lying over reviews and commenting on people speaking their minds about their experiences at your store and start being real about ur sick trade ways, it’s embarrassing to say that GAMESTOP is better with sell and trade values. I came in with three items that all together ranged to about $130 in general, if you’re going off eBay as u say. I came inside and you took a look at the prices and gave us the options of $32 of in-store credit, or $35 in cash. I asked you what was eBay telling you about the prices, and you said about $40 for just the 1 of the figures alone, u knock it down however because ur store has “a-lot” don’t lie over reviews. I said y’all low ball astronomically and idk if it’s just because it’s me, or because i’ve had friends come in and get way more for nothing so what is it lol. Don’t buy from here everything is overpriced and they give you dust for ur items and bank it higher for themselves to sell, and i got proof just check comment section for similar experiences with other people. And lastly, if you have something to say about your experience here, be sure to put it all down on your first comment cause i’m sure the owner will find a way to block you from defending yourself and lie on your name minutes...

Used to love this place until I realized I was pretty much getting scammed every time I bought something. They up charge the prices like crazy. They were selling a crunchyroll exclusive Levi pop that at the time was still in stock on crunchyrolls website. They had it charged 10 bucks higher than it was on Crunchyroll. A preowned maki figure for 150, while that same exact figure brand new is listed at 100 on Amazon and 120 on crunchy roll. Now obviously they’re a business and need to make a profit but I can’t justify THAT big of a price difference especially on preowned items. If you plan on buying anything here, always double check the price on Crunchyroll or Amazon first. I also wouldn’t recommend going here for trade ins. I had an unopened scale figure, unopened and not currently available to buy yet online. Priced brand new at 280. They offered me 120 in store credit. I declined and ended up getting 250 for it by selling it myself. Had a friend trade in his opened figure with the original box. Came back later to see that they were selling it as unopened, brand new. We knew it was his because his figure had a mark on the face/neck area. This place could be super cool if they weren’t so scammy with their pricing . They have good stuff here and there that are worth the price so it doesn’t hurt to stop by and look but always check the price at other...

SCAMMERS. These people had the nerve to reseal individual Pokemon packs. Not only did they do a bad job resealing, they didn’t even try to hide the fact that they resealed them.

For avid pokemon collectors, the packs themselves opened extremely easily which is the first red flag. Secondly, the code cards were all facing the wrong way, and EVERY code card was the same white card. You would think that buying several packs that ONE of them would have a hit. Not even a single holo or V card.

Lastly, the final straw came with the blurriness of the cards. Upon first glance, the backs and fronts look okay, but on closer inspection, the cards themselves are actually blurry, and the backside of the cards look very different compared to authentic cards.

Will never spend another cent at this place. I’ve also tried to sell things to these scalpers before and they acknowledged some of my items as $100+, but offer me $30 worth. Like I understand you guys need to resell, but it’s disgusting how you guys practice your salesmanship.
