I would frankly give a ZERO for the service I received Saturday afternoon 1/27/18. Rude, nasty and overbearing was the employee named Victor who told me "it was going to be a pain in the ass to look for the bolt I brought in and he didn't want to get behind." The store was empty except for one person checking out.
Most people who visit a parts store are in need of what they go there for. Too bad he "had a very busy day" according to him. Your job is customer service. Be lucky you have employment. Not only did he give me a part that wasn't even close but the attitude that would shame any business owner.
