First and last time customer: Product "Meh" stiff pillows with little give. Ordering: ordering itself was Iffy- I created a PW with my email and did not receive any communication like a confirmation email or text, but saw that my card was charged. I waited a couple of days and then I called and she left me a vm saying there are problems with her website- that it reverts to an old version of her site? Yikes --doesn’t not sound very secure. re: shipping: I received the pillows and I was appalled by the poor shipping; pillows were thrown in a NON sealed plastic bag that was too small, the open bag was thrown straight into the flimsy shipping cardboard box- the pillows were touching the dirty cardboard box and then the box itself was not even sealed properly! Shipping was fixed at $36 - for pillows to be thrown into an open plastic bag, then into a dirty box poorly sealed that went across the country from NY to LA? She could have placed them is a cloth breathable bag if as she claims she did not want them sealed - b/c they were sealed in plastic "with the recent heat wave, the wool would heat up and the heat would be unable to escape." again a Clean breathable bag and then in a Clean box-- then you can ship them in some flimsy random shipping box ? Such careless poor service especially from a small company. For the price of the product and the shipping itself $36) one would think there would be some consideration, resources and better care for this. I have received used books, shoes etc packaged with more consideration and care. And unfortunately after all that-- the pillows themselves are stiff with very little give. Customers are charged for return shipping and then she charges 15% restock fee. From my own experience with the actual product-with ordering, the communication, the careless shipping-- it doesn't seem like CeCe's Wool has any pride or integrity as a small business owner or respect for their customers. Needless to say I will not order from this shop again. I see that the good reviews are for in- store shoppers and the other one star review is from online ordering --this small business is not set up to handle online orders properly -- I wish I would have read the one star online order review before...

I recently purchased some wonderful wool batting for pillow stuffing from CeCe's. I decided to share the company on my FB page to introduce them to my friends and family. Was VERY Appalled and Disappointed with the Company's decision (yesterday), to show photos of jill biden and kamala harris' inauguration outfit colors....Telling us they now have dyed yarn to match those colors. Did it cross your mind/s that a very large crowd (including me), DID NOT vote for that Party and I was insulted by your blatant insensitivity...believing that all of us think like you! Love this place very friendly people. Great variety of yarn and fibers. Great mix of local and small producers and the larger well known brands. Quite affordable for what it is. I got a set of 5mm shorties this lovely single ply variegated yarn made with different tonalities of undyed wool. And some hand dyed merino fingering weight yarns and two other beautiful yarns.
