i was sold a motorcycle that was never checked throughly. when i got home and opened the seats all of the registration and insurance information from the previous owner was still in there. the bike had broken plastic near the seat and had power issues and kept shutting off when i would ride it so i had to take it back to the dealer. didn’t want the bike anymore from having so many disappointments and when i was getting ready to sell the bike , the seller noticed that the serial number was put as the mileage.! its been almost 3 months since i took the old title to them and i still haven’t even received the new title…

i will say that, Tony the person in charge of this store is an amazing person .! while the finance manager could not give me a solution i got in contact with Tony and he understood the situation so well and was able to help me all the way . he got the title done in a week and solved the issue .

Called in the morning to see if they could change my motorcycle tire that morning, it was already off the bike and I had my new tire, they said "Sure we can, bring it in!". I drive an hour there to be told to write my name and phone number down and they would have it done within 24-48 hours.. I explain to them that I just drove an hour there because I was told they would be able to do it that day and he said that they can, but it's gonna be an extra $25 for express service... i was not informed of this information over the phone or i would have looked elsewhere. After over an hour later it's finally ready, but hands me my sprocket back in a plastic bag and said they had to take it off for the balancing. I gave it to them with it on, they should have returned it to me with it on!!! When I reviewed the bill they handed me it had a "Miscellaneous Fee of $8.16", when I asked what that was for I was told "That's for sprays and lubricants used to install the new tire"... what a joke. Do not buy a used motorcycle from Ronnie's. My husband purchased a Honda for 5k and they said it was being sold "as is". The salesman told my husband it is "as is" but obviously if you have an issue when you get home just let us know. First off, when we went to pick the bike, it was still dirty and not ready. We waited about an hour for it to be "ready". We were assured the oil was changed. Well the following day we realized the motorcycles battery was bad. We gave them a call and they said sorry but we cant do anything about it. A few weeks later my husband decided to bring the bike to another shop and have it gone through to make sure everything was good. Come to find out the oil was never changed, there were 2 rusted screws in the tires and there were a few other things broken. So $1,600 more later the bike is fixed. We went to a dealership figuring we would get more quality and come to find out it would have been better to just buy it off the street. Ridiculous owning a business and not standing behind...
