Gui's Lumber — Local services in Town of Hamburg

I was just there on Memorial Day 5/28/2018,I get all my screens repaired there and on occasion for something else.There is a older heavyset lady in front that is NOT VERY FRIENDLY!I walked in looked at her and she didnt even say hi??went to register looked right at her and said "hello Im here to pick up my screens" she looked at me and ignored me didnt say a word??Im a man in my 50s ladies walked in and she said hi to them?I dont deserve the same respect??my money is the same,finally a guy came up to the counter and asked if I needed help and got my screens,Previous visits she was aldo a sourpuss,I am.a small business owner here in Hamburg and I wouldnt tolerate that attitude from my people.They need to get someone else in there she is bad for business,I was having a good day til I stopped there.Gotta get my screens repaired and shop elsewhere where my business is...

If I'm in the area I'll come to this hardware store because they have a lot of items that you can't find at the other hardware store in Hamburg , like a larger selection of fasteners and other things a serious DIYer might use. It's one of the last remaining old school hardware stores that can still compete against the big chain...

I left a bad review before but thought I would give it a try again before going to a big box store. First is every one working there, just seems sour- like they would rather be anywhere bu t there. Another problem is they never have what I need . I have gone in 5 or 6 times, and they never had what I needed....
