I have a laptop that is a/b 6 years old and a desktop that was much older. I was referred to Brian Hannon b/c I was having issues w/ my wiifii connection to the laptop and my old computer tech person was unavailable. Brian responded immediately the day I called him and came and picked up the laptop and discussed my needs. He took the laptop w/ him and returned it repaired w/in a day or 2 with many updates!!! While he was here he noticed the desktop and offered to whip that into shape as well, and he did!!! I experienced some minor glitches right off b/c I am not computer savvy and Brian (on a weekend day!!!) remoted in and installed what I needed on laptop (some websites and shortcuts to links that I find helpful). Then My wiifii disappeared again from laptop (which was my original problem! I was so frustrated w/ the laptop, but was also very satisfied as Brian walked me thru many steps to restore it (and I am talking at least an hour to 2 hours long-we worked until midnight!!!). He successfully got my wiifii restored as well as installed a device on my desktop. He is going to look further into it -to prevent future issues from occurring again. I have my own business selling health insurance and I still had so much work to do before the holiday and I was going out of town the day after Christmas and had to have a functioning computer to work while I was away.
I went to Best Buy and bought a computer. They said the Geek Squad was too busy to help me move all of my data from old to new. I sat in the parking lot in Best Buy and googled to find someone in WNY to help me get my new computer set up.
PC Surgeon popped up and I called. Brian answered his phone and I told him what happened and he said āI am in Best Buy right nowā and I said I am in the parking lot of Best Buy. I look out my window and his truck is 2 cars away from me with his sign on it.
