KFC — Restaurant in Town of Hamburg

Im not a Karen but this place is HORRIBLE. I Sat at speaker in drive thru for over 5 minutes and was not greeted at all, no acknowledgement whatsoever that i was sitting there .. got tired of sitting there so I pulled up to the window, then sat at the window for another 3 minutes all the while trying to call the restaurant to tell them im sitting here trying to place an order.. i could see workers inside but no acknowledgment.. after no one answered the phone I began beeping my horn .. finally someone came to the window, i asked the lady if theyre open and told her I sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes , she said it never rang.. which is odd cause the two people behind me had no issues getting served right away. I place my order and im told i need to pull to the front to wait for my order.. okay whatever ive already been waiting 8 plus minutes to be served but ok... i get home to find all 3 sodas all completely FLAT ..not drinkable what so ever. And also I never received the double side I paid for on all 3 meals. This was my first and last time I will go to this restaurant. In the process of contacting corporate to get a refund on sodas and missing items. UPDATE corporate sent me $10 KFC meal voucher to be used at KFC 🙄 no refund for not receiving food I paid for. Hoping they make some drastic changes and how...

This was the first visit at this particular location. I was very pleased and shocked that an employee actually came out and opened the door for my Dad and I. He, of course uses a walker not really needing one but at times helps his balance a little. It was a very respectful table young man that came to assist our entrance to the restaurant. Sometimes the doors can be tricky with my helping my Dad enter anywhere. I thanked him twice and my Dad also thanked him. I don't know his name but he's 'tops' my book. The girl at the counter/register was also very polite and accommodating. Next, the establishment was very clean. Chairs at the tables pushed in. Garbage not overflowing as many others are. And I could see the kitchen was quite organized and clean looking as far as I could see. Even the floor. It wasn't busy when we were there, but many places are in disarray even though not busy. Most of the customers were drive thru while we were eating. A delivery truck was there also. In my opinion, not in the safest spot though being informed of the front door but taking the supplies down the sidewalk to the rear of the bldg. He shouldn't have parked where he did. That's an accident...

Walked into this KFC, more than two hours before it was to close for the evening. I went up to the counter to order a numbered meal.

She said they didn’t “have any chicken with bones,” just a few chicken tenders left. I got the distinct impression they had no intention of frying up any chicken, versus they didn’t have chicken at a Kentucky Fried Chicken location!

They also clearly didn’t seem to care at all.

I was cordial and said that I really wanted a meal and that I would decline from ordering something there.

All I got was an “OK” for me very disinterested person behind the counter. She almost looked relieved that I didn’t order anything.

And before anyone says they “only pay $15 an hour,” the people there should go find another job for $20 an hour elsewhere - and not care there.

That said, the store was very clean. I guess that would’ve been easy though when you don’t...
