October 2020, I purchased running boards at ATM restyle for my new truck.The cost was higher than quoted over the phone.Had the running boards just under 5 months and noticed the brackets rusting and the boards peeling with rust spots. Talk with the woman at the counter and she said they should be under warranty for one year. Set up an appointment to have the new board installed, and when I was getting ready to leave I noticed a rusted brackets weren't replaced. I went back into the store and asked why the brackets weren't, replaced and her demeanor changed saying they do not replace brackets and I will have to paint them black. I called the manufacturer and explained my situation and she couldn't explain why ATM restyle wouldn't replace everything.The manufacturer explained that if there product is defective they require everything to be replaced running boards, brackets, bolts, etc.The manufacturer asked to be put on speaker phone so she could explain their policy and the woman at the counter again became angry and stated Labor Costs and Money and stormed in the back room. I was surprised at this kind of behavior since there were two other customers in the showroom. They did replace the brackets and were not happy. Read moreBrought our Tesla to get the moon roof glass changed. Durning the installation they broke the windshield. We thought it would be no big deal- they called us and said they would take care of it. After not hearing from them for a few days we called them. They had no idea the status and were shocked to investigate they had not heard from the company that needed to come repair the windshield. They asked us to come pick up the car and deal with the broken windshield and the company to fix the glass ourselves. When picking up the car they were pretty unapologetic and nonchalant about it saying “changing the roof glass is hard”. Sounds to me like they don’t have the skill set they need to complete the services they offer. Upon picking up the vehicle with a broken windshield (in two places) while driving home we noticed that the speakers didn’t work, the dome lights don’t work, and the hazards lights don’t work. We called them and they said they had new staff that likely didn’t know they had to replug in all the wiring. They had to talk us through how to replug in the wires. So not only do we have to do part of their install job for them but we also have to take care of the windshield problems they created. What a disaster. Read moreRUN FROM THIS PLACE! After shopping around and having several conversations, reviewing price and product details with them. I made an appointment to have a remote starter and back up camera installed. When I arrived to drop off my vehicle I'm told that the backup camera could not be done and I would have to bring it back another day because they had order the parts for the wrong year. After arriving home I called to inform them of the remote starter was not functioning correctly. After my 2nd visit I'm told it was corrected. I also disputed that I was being charged $100.00 more than quoted. I was told that they could not correct my starter issue. After realizing the back up camera was not working correctly I returned a 3rd time and was told that the correct part would be ordered and the starter issue could be corrected and the tail gate paint damage touched up. I would be called the following week. Well two weeks later , no call so I returned for a 4th time and now I'm told they cannot correct my backup camera. I don't enjoy getting the run around nor being told one thing and then another. I run my own business and would be out of business if I serviced my customer's the way they have with me.
