I have been to this taco bell when they first opened and was excited to finally get a taco bell in the area. But the service was horrible and my meal was not correct. I chalked it up to just opened and they are working out the kinks. It seems to me after 2 more visits, months apart you would assume taco bell as a corporation would have smoothed out the issues but it seems the store manager Steven Clarke is incapable of managing a taco bell location. The poor management has made not only an eye sore in the area but also brought unacceptable quality to the the town of hamburg. I hope anyone that reads this heeds my warning. You will NOT get the meal you asked for. Do better steven this is unacceptable.
I will give you, Steven. two more visits to your taco bell. If there is improvement I will amend my post and give a progress report. But If your establishment continues to perform at a standard below even taco bells standards, I will notify corporate.
update returned to this location....again...must be a gluten for punishment. Needless to say Steven has stayed his course. There is a lack of product all round. Every time I have gone they were out of cherry Pepsi. Not a big deal but 3 or 4 times periodically and 100% of those you're out of the same products! Unacceptable. Shame on Steven and shame on tacobell. I will not be going on back this location even if they turn it around. Further more I will discourage people from going to this location.
Rant fast food in general has become a joke. Prices are ridiculous, granted inflation, food is sub-par at best and the workers have no souls. As little as I eat fast food from any establishment my experience is always aggravating.
Update ok here we go again 3/26/25. So here we go again. Steven ether took his name off the window or was fired. Ether way service was horrible and i didnt get what I ordered. The people working weren't even in uniforms. I didnt know it could get worse but imma tell you I don't know hamburg to be "hood" but the taco bell is like it belongs in the slums of Chicago. Also...no freaking CHERRY PEPSI!
psa just around the corner is Moe's and Chipotle is right by Walmart bout 2 miles down the road...trust me you wont enjoy yourself here. This taco bell could be the entry...
Read moreThis Taco Bell is possibly the worst in WNY. I’ve tried this place four times so far and each time has been a negative experience. The first time I tried this place was right after their grand opening. I went through the drive thru and it felt as though I offended the staff by simply placing an order. The staff was rude and condescending and appeared annoyed to be there working. The quesadillas we ordered had cold unmelted cheese on them. It’s like the staff didn’t even care to prepare the food properly. The second time I went was for breakfast at roughly 9 AM, and I was told they don’t make breakfast crunch wraps. It’s literally on their menu, and they are actively running commercials advertising their breakfast menu. I believe the staff was just simply too lazy to prepare the order. The third time I tried this place I ordered a single burrito. I was the only one in the drive thru and there was possibly one other customer inside. I was told to pull around and park in the handicap spot and they would bring me my food. First off, why would I park in a handicapped spot and potentially take the parking spot away from someone who might actually need it. Secondly, I waited almost 20 minutes for a single burrito to be made. Meanwhile, as I’m waiting for my food in the parking lot, two of the employees are smoking pot outside without a care in the world. The lack of the most basic customer service at this establishment is just simply embarrassing. The fourth and final time I’ll ever try this establishment was for breakfast today. I was told they could not take orders at the drive thru because they didn’t have enough people working inside. I mean why even try to appear as a functioning Taco Bell at this point? Just close up shop and free up the space for an establishment that actually invests their efforts into serving the local community. The management (or lack thereof) and staff at this facility needs a complete change over before I would ever consider eating here again. The workers appear to be annoyed by preparing orders and there doesn’t seem to be any leadership to correct the atrocious customer service. Would not recommend this establishment to any of my worst enemies, even if it were...
Read moreWe went to Taco Bell today in Hamburg, New York. This is a fairly new establishment. I was probably one of the first customers that went through their drive-through when they were still working the kinks out. It’s been quite a while since it opened and apparently they are still working out the kinks! I didn’t go through the drive-through this time my daughter and I went inside. If I could give less than one star for the atmosphere I would. This is what we saw when we walked in….to my left was a trash bin that was full. There was pop or something on the floor leaking out of it. The tables were ALL DIRTY. The counter looked so gross. You could literally see the grease film on it. The girl that took our order was nice. However, while taking my order and then waiting for me to get out my money, she starts picking at her fingernails. I’m holding my money out to her, and she’s still picking at her fingernails and then she laughed and said that They are told to find things to do When it’s not busy and she put stickers on her fingernails?! I couldn’t help but look back at the dining room and how disgusting it was, her saying it was slow and they needed to find things to do, but yet nobody was cleaning the dining room?! I did want to eat in the dining room, but my daughter and I did not want to chance it so we went and sat in the car. Then watched as 4 cars went into the drive thru, 2 got “parked” waiting for their food?! TACO BELL TRAIN THESE PEOPLE...
