I’ve been going to sir vapes for almost 6 months now and I consider it to be the best for a variety of impressive reasons. First and foremost, customer service. These employees take their time to actually suggest their favorite products and talk to you about exactly what you want, instead of shoving expensive unnecessary products down your throat like I’ve seen in so many other vape shops. It’s obvious these employees care about each and every customer and if you’re in there enough they get to know you and exactly what you come in for. Second, their products are all fenominal, in both aspects of price and quality no store around puts up any competition, especially when they offer top-brand names for lower than their competitors. Third, the owner Mike. The first few times I went in to Sirs I didn’t really talk to him, but shortly after he struck up a conversation with me and he’s been amazing ever since by constantly going out of his way to make sure that you have the best possible experience in his store. This guy works his hardest to make his dreams come true and it’s amazing to be able to contribute to his dream by giving him business. From having the best employees to the best products at the best prices, to having one of the nicest owners around, I refuse to give my business to any one but them. I live in downtown buffalo but I still make the trek back to Hamburg every time I need something for my vape because it’s worth it hands down. After reading many reviews it seems as if I wasn’t the only one that thought that about your employee. I will change my review for your sake as you seem like a dedicated and empathetic shop owner but I have worked in customer service for over 7 years and doing so I know how important it is to treat your customers respectfully while still trying to conduct a proper sale. Please do not question my Christmas spirit as going in there we were trying to find the best suitable thing for my mother who just diagnosed with breast cancer and we were looking for some insight on your products and the expertise of your staff. I quit smoking mostly long ago, and I rarely have vaped, like only twice in my life...once, months ago for the first time from this place, and the second time this night from when I went here. Once in a blue moon type of thing for me, vaping. Might show up again sometime here later this year or next year. He was friendly and helpful to me. Showed me how to work the Juul device and 4 menthol pods I bought, since I'm not very familiar with it, even invited me in to sit a while, and charged the device a bit so I could test it out.
