Everytime I call the store for help, they redirect me to the website or the customer service lines, which tends to turn into a tedious task. After spending four hours looking into the issue I was having, I went into the store to finally try to get some answers. Chris barely greeted me at the door. What did greet me at the door was the strong sent of cigars or cigarettes.. it was so strong it almost smelled like he had been smoking inside. He really seemed uninterested in helping me or what I was saying to him. I felt like I was bothering him just by walking in. After I expressed dissatisfaction with the customer service he finally started talking to me more and gave me ANOTHER number I hadn't tried yet, but he really didn't seem to want to even do the bare minimum to help me. Just told me "I need a manager override, and we don't even have a manager here." And sent me on my way, no sorry, no deeper explanation, no cares at all.
