Placed an order 25 days ago with purchase made in full. After looking around online and finding one decent review I assumed this would be the best option out there.
After getting a call within an hour of placing the order I assured myself that I made the right choice. I was mistaken. I was talked into the "Expedited Shipping" along with "White Glove Delivery" for $99.00 extra. Why not? I am already saving money and it couldn't hurt to be safe.
The representative on the phone stated with "Expedited Shipping" I would receive the product roughly two weeks later instead of 4-5 weeks.
Two weeks went by and I called in to check on my purchase since there did not seem to be any other way to track the progress. This is when everything went 180. The representative addressed my purchase and confirmed the date it was placed along with the extra I had spent for an earlier delivery. I stated my concern as to when should I expect an appointment time to be set but then got blindsided when I was told to check back with them in one or two more weeks since they did not have the order I had already paid for at their facility to ship out This means that I could expect delivery a little over a month. I ended the call as politely as I could and immediately called my bank to dispute the charges. The funds were added back to my account the same day and I purchased my product from another VERY trusted website right on time for the Black Friday sale.
But wait it is not over yet!!
It has been almost two weeks since I canceled my purchase and I received another call. However, the representative decided to advise me the best course of action would have been to call them first and "request" a refund. This offended me to no extent.
None the less I will receive my purchase from the other retailer a week sooner than I expected AHC to have it at their facility before they could ship it to me (2+ more weeks)
Be warned potential buyer confirm that the product you are purchasing is ready to be shipped within the usual 3-5 business days.
Any AHC Appliance rep that may come across my review I only seek to help point out my situation and where it could have been improved. The deal offered was great however BE SURE TO PUT "OUT OF STOCK" or something along those lines if you do not/will not have the product readily available to you.

There was a time we went to the appliance store and met with a lovely salesperson who made it personal to assure you would be satisfied even in case of malfunctions or alternative brands fit to your budget and style preferences. Now you go to Home Depot and they promise you the moon but when you paid for the order, the salesperson or online robot isn’t there anymore to re-assure you or help you. It was during pandemic that my old fridge died and my landlord introduced me to Randy for an upgrade. Back up orders for over 3 months (since no workers), made me have to pick whatever would at least fit and the price would be the same as the cheapest deal on corporate places like HD Best Buy PcRichards, etc. Randy said I could get a refund if I prefer and if I found better somewhere else but I decided to stick to the process I put Randy through and told him I want to support small business. I waited only weeks when others would have been aggravating and without human care. Randy was very helpful and texted with me personally until my Samsung fridge arrived at an incredibly fair price for both a Samsung plus a 5 year extended warranty which you should always get for big appliances because they won’t live over the 5 years, 10 years mark, if you picked the lucky unit. Read moreIf I could give negative stars I’m not sure there would be enough, will never again purchase from this store. The drivers showed up and from the moment they walked in they had said in Spanish they were not going to do the job it was too much work (assuming I don’t speak/understand Spanish). They came up with a million and 3 reasons why they COULD NOT do the job from the size (which we measured ourselves IT FIT) to the weight, to the fact that they had to go. Even offering them extra hand with 2 extra men to help AND taking fault if anything was to scratch or such. After 3 hours of going back and forth with the 2 drivers, the store AND the boss of the drivers (3rd party delivery company I’m guessing) the store NOR the boss offered any other options aside from getting a different machine and it would be delivered in a week or two. Nonetheless the delivery drivers boss was absolutely rude and unaccomidating, using foul language and just all around very horrible service. OH AND LETS NOT LEAVE OUT THE FACT OUR LANDLORD SHOWED UP TO PROVE IT WOULD FIT AND HE ASKED NICELY TO BRING IT IN AS IT WOULD FIT AND THE DRIVER AGREED HAD MY LANDLORD SIGN THE PAPER AND THE DRIVER WALKED OUT AND NEVER CAME BACK....
