I truly had the best shopping experience at Aquazzura thanks to Terena! I originally called about a pair of heels, and she was able to find and ship them to me. The heels were beautiful but didn’t fit me and had to be returned, but Terena followed up with me weeks later when a similar style came in! They were exactly what I was looking for and in my size! They were perfect for my wedding and I was so happy she remembered and contacted me. Her client care was above and beyond. She’s truly the sweetest and made me feel so comfortable in the store.
