Great NY pizza! Initially found through UberEats and got it delivered first 3 times, then drove to the Elmont location to pick it up this time. Whether delivered (I live 25min away) or pick-up order, pizza is always fresh and delicious. Great reheat quality if you’re eating as leftovers. Order the garlic knots with EVERY Order- they will not disappoint. They are moist and garlicky all the way through! Note: On UberEats, the meat lovers is pictured as a square slice but you will get a triangle slice. This is my favorite pizza restaurant in the entire Tri-state area. Conviently located off the cross island and within walking distance to the UBS arena. The owner is an absolute gem and the employees are extremely courteous as well. The food is always so delicious and consistantly tasting amazing. I highly recommend checking this place out. They have a wide selection of different types of pizza and I can guarantee that you will be glad that you listened. Besides for the fact that there have been so many articles and news coverage about this place. The walls are literally covered with pictures of celebrities that have gone there. 🤮🤢EXCESSIVELY OILY ABOMINATION
So I stopped in this evening after errands since I didn't feel like cooking. I ordered the eggplant parm hero. Simple enough right? You would think...
Long story short, I get my order, take it home, and open it to find some horrendously soggy, flash fried eggplant on a roll that hadn't even seen the inside of an oven, which soaked up a ton of oil, and became soggy as well.
I couldn't be bothered. I threw it in the trash, and just called in the same order from Salvatore's over on Meacham. I'd post a pic of it, but I'm not going back in the rubbish bin.
